To Be Tan Again

When I was younger I had all the time in the world to lay out and get a tan.

I also used to go tanning.

I know I know that's bad.

Now that I am an adult -I use that world lightly believe me!- I do not have as much free time especially in the summer to lay around on my behind and do nothing. Although I did manage to find time this past weekend to do that. I have come to the conclusion that I want to be tan again. I miss it! Whats a girl to do? I REFUSE to go tanning. I do not want to get skin cancer. I am petrified of that since my father was recently diagnosed with it so I am 99.9% convinced that I am destined to get it myself. SOOOOO I have decided I want to try self tanners. This is where I need your help!

What self tanner do you use and swear by that does not break the bank??

I am looking for something that is not going to be a project to apply and that is going to make me look like I have a NORMAL tan not an orange oompa loompa Snooki wanna be. Believe me I have been there and done that right before my wedding. Of course it washed off because it was a spray tan but still I would rather not go there.

So friends help a sista out!

I like Jergins plain ol' self tanner. And spray tans. That's it, lol

I have generic brand Jergen's Natural Glow lotion stuff. Bought it at Walmart. It works!

oh I hear ya! I miss being tan, but have gotten too cheap (and too safe) to keep tanning. soooo, I should probably look into self tanner. knowing me though I'll get the cheap stuff and it will turn my skin purple.

I hear that VS has a good one, but I haven't tried it myself...I like the Jergen's one, but can't totally vouch for how much color it adds...To me it's almost like more of a bronzer.
