This better be true because let me tell you sore is not even the word to describe how I am feeling. As you can see I am doing a lot of chorey work and why is that friends? Well because LAUNCH is right around the corner! Yup that's right it's time to throw out the old chorey and throw in the new and in order for me to teach the new I have to know it inside and out which means practice practice practice. Which also means I am doing more than I usually do and my body is HATING me for it.
So basically believe in yourself and the goals you set for yourself and get your behind off the couch and into some pumped up kicks and MOVE! Besides when your done it feels so much more rewarding to plop your lazy behind on the couch. Believe me I do it ever Saturday!

I love the feeling when you go from being so stiff and sore you can't move to killing a workout and not feeling all that pain anymore. Like you're on autopilot or something.... Love it!
